E-Cig Helps Reduce The Risk of Cancer

It has been studied that the use of electronic cigarettes reduces the risk of cancer by supplanting the smoking of tobacco cigarettes. By using electronic cigarettes as substitute to smoking tobacco products leads to reduced risks of lung cancer because the cancer-causing gases like 1,3 butadiene (a chemical that is listed as a known carcinogen by the Agency for Toxic Substances Disease Registry and the US EPA) found in tobacco cigarette smokes are no longer inhaled by the smokers who switched to electronic cigarettes. In actuality, switching to electronic cigarettes with nicotine content, can be expected to reduce lung cancer risk the same thing as to quitting cigarettes without the use of electronic cigarettes. There is no reason, however, to believe that these electronic cigarettes will increase the risk of the cells becoming cancerous. There's no even one scientific study posted to testify on this yet.

Smoking with E-cigarette always better than tobacco cigarettes.E-cigarette helps to reduce the risk of lung cancer, kidney problem etc.because other types of cigarettes contain carcinogenic substances which is very harmful to health.

For some people, orally ingested NRTs or medications may be effective to stop smoking, but for some, e-cigs are more helpful tool to quit the tobacco addiction. Just sayin

Zyban is the trade name for Bupropion. It's somewhat effective. You don't actually ahve to choose. You could use ecigs or patches with Bupropion if you are really dead-set on quitting.

e-cigarette is essentially different from the traditional cigarette.
    1. It contains no tar, is Non-flammable, and does not contain any of the 4000+ chemical toxins and carbon monoxide found in the common cigarette.
    2. Non-flammable. Can use in non-smoking zones, such as gas stations.
    3. The Production of "smoke" is actually a vaporization of the water-soluble glue, and therefore the Mini Electronic Cigarette does not produce dangerous "second-hand smoking" making it harmless to others and the environment. The MEC can be used in shopping malls, subways, trains, buses, and other public areas where smoking is typically forbidden.
    4. Using ordinary cigarettes will result in having black phlegm, while using this product you will not be plagued with this phenomenon.
    5. The MEC Can be used in accordance to with quitting procedures, it allows the user to complete the process of quitting without suffering the various negative side effects associated with traditional.
So it can reduce the risk of cancer.

    NRTs

Studies have shown that taking Chantix (Varinecline) or Zyban (Bupropion) may increase your risk of suicide. The FDA is okay with these, and other NRT's (patch, gum, inhaler, etc) because they are products of big pharm. The e-cigarette is no more harmful to the user than the patch, gum, or inhaler, but the FDA has not approved it because it is not a product of big pharm or big tobacco. The FDA is a political entity. Do not believe everything they say.

Also, my reply was not to the OP, it was to those who replied to the OP suggesting that other therapies or medications may be safer, work better, etc. I think we trust the FDA so much as a country, and overall it is an amazing part of our government that looks out for us. However, we as consumers need to do the homework sometimes (and follow the money) to find out what exactly is healthy for ourselves and our families. I quit smoking with the patch and gum on Feb 28th, had a setback in late May when I was finally weening off of them, and decided to get an e-cigarette. I've been smoke-free ever since and I attribute most of that to the e-cig. Will I ever fully ween myself off of the e-cigarette? I hope so, but that's a bridge I'm going to cross when I feel ready, and there's no rush.

hmm E-cigarette avoid cancer! i heared tha the latest player in this game of “safe smoking” is the e-cigarette. This is a battery operated cigarette-shaped tube that provides a nicotine vapor when inhaled. The goal is provide smokers with their nicotine fix (nicotine is the primary addictive substance in tobacco) without all the carcinogens and carbon monoxide in tobacco smoke.

With electronic cigarette there's No cancer since you are not burning anything, just vapor and above all it also don't have any passive smoking effect on people around you, SO enjoy vaping with your e cigarette
