Hi. First off, I am not a smoker but my girlfriend WAS. After 2 decades of smoking cigarettes, surprisingly, e-cig was the only thing that ever worked to get her to kick off her smoking habit.

The nicotine in and of itself while being said as addictive is not toxic. Also, the propylene glycol or PG is used in hundreds of everyday products like as solvent for injectible Vallium that is accecpted as safe.

Although it would not be the best idea to take up vaping as a new hobby, especially if you are not a smoker at all, to switch to this from smoking is going to have major healt benefits.

It's very rare for a non-smoker boyfriend to super her girl's habit of smoking. I think it's easier for you to accept now that way she's vaping rather than smoking right?

Hi Provape! It's nice to hear some insights from non-vapers who support us. Anyway, vaping is way better than smoking right. I hope other non-vapers would think the same way you do. That would be a great help for us especially with all the e-cig bans sprouting here and there and everywhere.

Great reading and congrats.It is inspiring to live a life which is free from tobacco.I am also trying to do it.It seems to hard for me at the very beginning but nowadays it becomes normal to me.Thanks for sharing your story with us and listening ours too.
