    Non-Nicotine Juice, Worth To Try?

I'm new to ecigarettes and my starter pack I got 12mg juices included and I must say I'm happy with it. I'm thinking of trying 0mg but afraid to be disappointed and lose my excitement in using ecigarettes if that happens. I'm a pack a day smoker, you think 0mg will work for me?

It depends if your taste buds would accept non-nic juices. Anyway, aside from the nic content, you can play around with the different flavors offered at the stores. I personally use non-nic and I have no problem with it.

Take a gradual decrease in nic content. If one dose lower gives you dissatisfaction, then revert back. If you got not problem with downgrading, then way to go to zero nic juice. It's better anyways so aim for it

If you smoked a pack of cigarettes per day, using 12MG/ML nicotine based e-liquid for a length of time is a good idea, however it's up to you what you wish to do. I smoked about two packs per day, and very often, I switch off from nicotine to zero nicotine, and I do just fine. One thing to note here is that I like my flavors very strong, out there right in your face so to speak, so when I make my e-liquid for my own use, or for that of others, I make the flavors strong. Ultimately, the choice is yours. Oh, by the way, I have also moved away from tobacco flavors, and mostly use cinnamon, or other flavors. I like them much better.

I've really been trying hard to incorporate some 0 strength into my daily routine but I'm just not ready yet. Stepping down seems to work for most people who really want to quit altogether but I have to realize I enjoy nicotine. Maybe I'll try to slim down from 24mg to 16mg by the end of summer.

Do not force yourself to downgrade to 0 nic or any nic level lower until you are prepared and ready for the change because if you do, it might end up not liking e-cigs anymore and go back to smoking cigarettes which we all wouldn't like to happen right. Have it your way, gradually

I agree with annedeniro. Taper down slowly or it might not work. Also when it's time to go from say Medium-High to Medium, get rid of all the other e-juice or high level carts you have so you're not tempted haha.

Hi. if you are using e cigarettes, then it does not matter that you are on 0 mg or 12 mg. You can get the quantity as much as you can as it does not contain nicotine in it.

annedeniro is right. The saying that goes, "slowly but surely" also applies to when you're using e-cigarettes. If you force yourself unprepared, chances are you might end up going back to smoking tobacco.
